SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY:

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit within 30 days from your initial purchase.
RULES FOR all CLIENTS OF REBEL REVIVAL for the duration of the covid 19 epidemic:
We follow all Baltimore County and State of MD guidelines. guidelines may change at any time.
-masks are currently optional. if you would like your service provider to wear a mask, please ask. if you come wearing a mask, we will ask you if you'd prefer us to also mask. no judgement either way!
-we are a small salon with only 4 service providers. to keep the number of people in the building at any time low, there are never more than 3 of us working at one time, so less than 10 people in the building.
-If you have any symptoms at all you will need to reschedule your appointment. Cancellation fees will be waived if you are sick and need to cancel. No shows will incur cancellation fees.

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of $10 for cut appointments or $25 for color appointments will be due before or at the time of your next appointment. In the event of a no call no show, 50% of the service scheduled does apply and will be due before booking your next appointment. After 3 no call no shows, a 50% non refundable retainer will be required to secure future appointments and will be applied towards your next service.
